Make A Return

You can choose between a full refund or store credit to use on full priced items from 28 days from the date you received it. Send us an email at FXCustomerService@fashionexpressuk.com to request process with the heading ‘Returns’.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
